Xuda Meet

The meeting room the rest of your business can answer

Video calls that live inside your CRM, your calendar and your phone line. When nobody is there to join, the same assistant that answers your calls can take the meeting, or record a video message for you to read later.

Why this is not another video app

Zoom does not know who is knocking

Every video tool can open a room. None of them knows the person waiting in it is the customer who emailed you on Tuesday, booked through your page on Wednesday and has an unpaid invoice. Xuda already holds all of that, so the room is the one place where it can finally be used: the guest is recognised, the meeting lands on their record, and the decision about whether the assistant answers is the same setting that already decides your phone.

How it works

From a link to a meeting on the record

Four steps, and only the first one is work.

  1. 01

    Create a room

Every room belongs to one of your business profiles, so it inherits that profile's hours, its team and its rules. You get a short link you can send, embed or put on a booking page.

  2. 02

    Someone joins

They open the link in a browser. No app, no account. If they are already one of your contacts, we know it, and the meeting is filed against their record from the first second.

  3. 03

You answer, or the assistant does

If you are available, it rings you like any call. If you are not, the same rule you already set for chat, mail and the phone decides what happens: the assistant takes the meeting, the call forwards to a colleague, or your guest leaves a video message.

  4. 04

    The meeting becomes a record

A recording, a transcript and a written summary land on the contact's timeline beside their emails and invoices. Recordings live in your own Drive, under your own storage, and only you or an account admin can delete one.

What is in the room

Built for meetings that have consequences

The parts that matter when the call is with a customer rather than a colleague.

An assistant that can take the meeting

When nobody joins, your assistant can greet the guest, answer questions about your business, and book a follow up. It always says what it is, it never listens silently, and you can switch it off per profile.

Your phone number dials in

A guest with no camera, or no patience, can join by phone on the number you already own. The same meeting, the same recording, the same record.

Booked meetings open themselves

A booking made through your Xuda calendar page creates the room, sends the link in the confirmation, and opens it at the right time. Paid consultations take the money first.

Filed against the right person

The meeting, its summary and its recording join that contact's history. A stranger stays a stranger unless you decide otherwise, offered to you after the call rather than added behind your back.

Live captions and a written summary

Captions during the call, and afterwards a summary you can actually send to someone. Recordings are kept as separate tracks, so a different layout or a clipped version can be produced later from the same meeting.

Encryption, and an honest switch

One to one calls can be end to end encrypted. Turning it on visibly switches off recording, captions and the assistant, because those cannot work on video nobody else can read, and we would rather say so than quietly weaken it.

Plans

Four tiers, starting at nothing

The free tier has no meeting length limit on a one to one call, which is the limit people complain about most in every other tool.

Free

For trying it, and for one to one calls that never end

  • Unlimited length on one to one calls
  • Group calls up to a small room
  • A monthly pool of participant minutes
  • Browser join, no app for your guests

Starter

Planned

For a business that meets its customers

  • Everything in Free
  • Larger rooms and a bigger minute pool
  • Recording, transcript and summary
  • Meetings filed on the contact's timeline
  • Your booking page opens the room

Growth

For a team that cannot miss a caller

  • Everything in Starter
  • The assistant can take the meeting
  • Video voicemail and forwarding to a colleague
  • Dial in on your own phone number
  • Live captions

Business

For meetings with rules attached

  • Everything in Growth
  • Calls pinned to one region
  • Webinars and view only attendees
  • Longer retention and extra host seats

Xuda Meet is not on sale yet. These tiers describe what each rung will include; none of them can be bought today, and the dashboard shows them as coming soon rather than letting a purchase through. Free is planned to stay free with unlimited one to one calls, bounded by a monthly pool of participant minutes shared across the account.

Questions

The things worth asking

The room is the easy part

What makes it worth building is everything already around it: your contacts, your booking page, your phone number and the one setting that decides when the assistant answers. That setting is what you should look at first.
