Send the invoice.
Keep all of the money.
Raise customers, quotes, invoices and subscriptions from one screen, on a Stripe account that belongs to you. The payout, the refund, the dispute and the customer stay yours, and Xuda takes no percentage of anything you collect.

The Stripe account, the payout and the dispute
Stripe collects the money. It just never gave you an office.
The Stripe Express dashboard shows you a balance, payouts, payments, refunds and disputes. It has no invoicing, no products and no quotes at all, so most sellers end up back in a spreadsheet or paying a second tool that puts itself between them and their customer. Finance fills that gap inside Xuda: every document is created on your own connected Stripe account, so the payout, the refund, the dispute and the customer stay exactly where they were.
Connect once, then work entirely inside Xuda.
Setup is Stripe's own hosted onboarding, and it happens once. After that nothing sends you back out to Stripe to get a document raised.
- 01
Create a finance account
Press New account. Xuda creates a Stripe Express account behind the scenes and opens Stripe's own hosted onboarding in a new tab. Nothing sensitive is typed into Xuda.
- 02
Finish Stripe's onboarding
Business details, bank account, identity, all on Stripe. Come back and press Refresh on the account card; the badge moves from Pending to Active and the account can charge.
- 03
Add a customer, raise a document
Open Customers and add a name and email, plus a VAT or tax number for a business abroad. Then open Invoices or Quotes, add your lines, and press Create. It lands as a draft.
- 04
Finalize, send, get paid
Finalize gives the invoice its number, a hosted payment page and a PDF. Send emails it to the customer. When they pay, the row turns and the Paid tile on the Finance screen moves.
Ten document types. One screen.
Customers, products, quotes, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, credit notes, coupons, orders and payment links, all handled by API on your connected account and listed from your own book.
Customers and tax numbers
Keep the customer list in Xuda with name, email and phone. Add a business customer's VAT or tax registration number when you create them, which is what lets Stripe reverse charge them instead of charging consumer VAT.
Products and prices
Add a product with its price, currency and billing interval in one step, so you never end up with a product nothing can be sold at. Add a second price later for another currency or an annual alternative.
Quotes
Build the lines, finalize, then accept or cancel. Accepting is what mints the invoice or the subscription behind it. A quote expires in 30 days unless you set a different window.
Invoices
Draft with your own lines and payment terms, finalize for a number, hosted payment page and PDF, then send it by email. A draft is deleted rather than voided, because a draft was never issued.
Subscriptions
Put a customer on a recurring plan, change the quantity, pause collection without ending it, resume, or cancel at the end of the period they have already paid for. Customers with no saved card are billed by emailed invoice instead.
Refunds and credit notes
Refund a payment in full or in part, or credit a finalized invoice. Both are available on every tier, including Free, because giving money back is an obligation to your customer and not a feature to sell.
Coupons and promotion codes
Create a percentage or fixed discount and the customer-facing code for it in one step, with an optional duration and a cap on how many times it can be redeemed.
Automatic sales tax
Set a head office and record where you are registered to collect, and every invoice, quote and subscription from that account is raised with automatic tax on. A per-product tax code beats the account default.
Payment links, orders and the billing portal
A payment link is a reusable URL that takes the money with no paperwork behind it, and the Payments screen lists every link on the account and opens it. Orders pulls the completed checkouts in when you open the screen, so you can see who bought. Hand a customer the Stripe-hosted billing portal and they update their card, details and subscription without you building any of it.
One choice on the line decides the rest.
Every quote line carries a billing selector. Mark it One time and accepting the quote mints an invoice. Mark it Monthly or Yearly and accepting it mints a subscription instead, with its first invoice adopted into your book straight away. You never have to know Stripe's state machine: pressing Accept finalizes the quote first if it still needs it.
- Lines can point at a saved price or be typed as a one-off description and amount.
- Renewal invoices are adopted onto the same finance account, so nothing goes missing.
- A finalized invoice gets its number, a hosted payment page and a PDF.
When the lines are one time. It is stamped with the quote it came from and appears in Invoices.
When a line is monthly or yearly. Its first invoice is adopted immediately, so the money shows and not just the plan.
Set the address once. Every document gets the right tax.
Give Finance a head office and tell it where you are registered to collect. From then on every invoice, quote and subscription raised on that account is created with automatic tax turned on. Xuda only asks Stripe to calculate once your tax settings actually report active, because switching it on too early makes Stripe reject the whole invoice.
- A head office needs a real street address, city and postal code, not just a country, because Stripe geocodes the address and rejects one it cannot resolve.
- Say once whether your prices are tax exclusive or tax included, and every document follows it.
- Ending a registration expires it rather than deleting it, because where you were registered and when is exactly what a tax audit asks for.
- Verified on our development environment: a 100.00 USD sale into San Francisco calculated 8.63 USD of tax against a California registration.
We are not a partner in your revenue.
A billing tool that takes a percentage has a stake in every sale you make. Finance is priced as software and nothing else, and the decisions below are wired into the code rather than promised in a policy page.
You are the merchant of record
Every customer, invoice and subscription is created on your own connected Stripe account. The payout, the refund, the dispute and the customer relationship are yours, not ours.
No application fee
Xuda takes no percentage of what you collect through Finance. A fee was built into this module and then deliberately removed: we should not be a stakeholder in every transaction you make.
Refunds are never gated
Refunds and credit notes sit outside the plan ladder on purpose. Correcting an issued invoice and giving money back are obligations to your customer, not features to sell you.
Nobody reads your book quietly
When a Xuda operator opens a seller's finance data for support, the audit line is written against that seller's own account, so the person whose books were opened is the one who can see it happened.
Sell Xuda, get paid on what you bring in.
Approved ambassadors and mentors get a delegate seat inside Finance. You raise the customer and the quote; Xuda raises and collects the invoice behind it. Commission is credited the moment that invoice is paid, reversed in proportion if it is later refunded, and paid out as a transfer into your own connected Stripe account.
- Ambassadors earn 15 percent on first year revenue from customers they personally source. Mentors earn 20 percent on implementation work they deliver.
- Commission is credited automatically when the invoice is paid, and reversed in proportion if that payment is later refunded.
- A payout writes its own record before the transfer and derives its key from the exact invoices it settles, so a retry cannot pay the same commission twice.
- You apply from the dashboard with your role, country and links, and a declined application can be appealed with a single-use link that opens a real ticket.
A partner seat raises a customer and a quote. Xuda invoices the customer when they accept it.
Four tiers, and what each one opens.
Finance is its own plan category, billed as a line item on your single Xuda subscription rather than as a separate bill. The only thing a tier changes is how many separate sets of books you may run and which document types you may raise.

Finance is running and verified on our development environment and is not generally available yet. Free is the only tier that can be switched on today, so we are not quoting a price for Starter, Growth or Scale until they are genuinely billable. Refunds and credit notes sit outside the ladder entirely and are available on every tier, including Free. The 25 documents a month on Free is written into the plan but is not enforced yet, so nothing stops you at 25 today. Connecting a Stripe account also needs the Pro membership plan or above, and xuda.network partners are exempt. Tax registrations are verified on dev for US states; registrations for other countries are still being worked through.
Keep Stripe. Lose the second middleman.
The usual options are living in the Stripe dashboard and a spreadsheet, paying a separate invoicing tool, or letting a platform sell on your behalf and keep a slice. Here is what each one actually costs you in control.
