No carrier account.
Quote real carrier prices for a route, book the delivery, print the label and follow it to the door. You need no carrier account, no contract and no negotiation, and the postage sells at exactly what the carrier charges.

Origin countries where Xuda buys the label for you
The hard part was never the label.
Getting a rate is easy. Knowing you were charged once, at the carrier's own price, for a shipment that will not be stopped at a border, is the part that costs people money. Xuda Shipping treats every delivery as a ledger movement first and a label second: funds are reserved before a carrier is contacted, a retry can never buy two labels, and the price you pay is the price the carrier quoted.
Four screens between an order and a label.
You set up an address and a wallet once. After that a delivery is one short form, a rate list and one button.
- 01
Add the address you ship from
On Pickup locations, give the place a name, an address, a country and a contact phone. Add latitude and longitude only if you want local couriers quoted, because a courier network works in a radius around a point rather than by postcode.
- 02
Fund the shipping wallet
Add funds from a saved card. Postage is prepaid because a separate card charge per label would cost more in payment fees than the delivery is worth. Turn on automatic top-up if you never want to think about it again.
- 03
Get rates for the route
Fill in who it goes to and what you are sending, then press Get rates. Every eligible carrier and courier is asked at once and you get one cheapest-first list. If nothing comes back, the screen tells you which of the three reasons it was.
- 04
Book, print and follow it
Pick an option and press Book this delivery. You land on the delivery page with the tracking number, a Print label link, a progress timeline, and a Cancel button while the delivery is still cancellable.
Built like a payments system that happens to move boxes.
Every one of these is a rule the server enforces, not a setting you have to remember. They are the reason a shipping bill reconciles at the end of the month.
Two services, one list
Parcel carriers and local couriers are quoted together and returned as a single cheapest-first list. They are the same record on the server, with the same statuses, so nothing about your workflow changes when the answer is a scooter instead of a plane.
Postage sold at cost
The price you pay is the price the carrier charges. Xuda stores both numbers on every offer, and the engine will not sell a label below what it cost, so a pricing mistake shows up as an error instead of as a quiet loss.
Screened before any carrier call
Six embargoed destinations, five families of restricted goods, ten customs descriptions that get shipments held at the border, and a name check against the public OFAC list, all run before a carrier is contacted and before money moves.
Routing that respects the box
Carriers and couriers publish weight, dimension and radius ceilings. A parcel inside the service area but over the envelope is refused at quote time with the reason, instead of being quoted and then rejected when you try to book it.
A ledger, not a balance
No code edits a number. Every movement is an entry with a signed amount and the balance after it, and the wallet total is only a projection of those entries. The Activity table is the same data your accountant would ask for.
Funds reserved before the carrier is called
The amount is held on your wallet first. An empty wallet fails before any carrier request, and a carrier that fails releases the hold, so you are never charged for a label that was never sold to you.
Safe to retry, safe to double click
Each ledger movement is keyed so a replay lands on the same record instead of moving money twice, and booking a delivery that is already booked returns the original booking rather than buying a second label.
Automatic top-up with a cap
Set a low-water mark, an amount and a daily cap that must be at least the top-up amount. The cap is measured against real ledger history, and a declined card disarms the feature instead of retrying on every booking.
Wired into Xuda Commerce
Your store checkout asks Shipping for live rates, resolves your ship-from address from the same locations list, and hands a paid order over as a draft delivery. Buying the label stays a separate deliberate act, because it spends your wallet.
Four checks run before a carrier hears from us.
Booking is deliberately not one call. It is a fixed sequence, and the sequence is the product. Anything that can fail, fails before money moves or a carrier is contacted.
- An expired quote is refused by name, never silently re-priced at whatever the rate is now.
- Not enough in the wallet fails before a single carrier is contacted.
- The platform fee, when your plan charges one, is posted as its own ledger line so it is never mixed into postage.
- 1Re-resolve the offer tokenThe price is read back from the quote you were shown. An expired quote is refused as expired rather than re-priced behind your back.
- 2Screen the recipient againDestination, goods description and recipient name are checked a second time, because the world can change between quoting and booking.
- 3Check the plan quotaThis month's bookings are counted against your allowance and the per-delivery platform fee, if any, is worked out here.
- 4Reserve the moneyThe postage plus any fee is held on your wallet. An insufficient balance stops here, before any carrier request goes out.
- 5Call the carrierOnly now is the label bought. On success the hold is released, the purchase is posted, and the tracking number or handover code is stamped on the delivery.
A carrier failure at step five releases the reservation and leaves the delivery bookable. Booking an already booked delivery returns the original booking instead of buying a second label.
A truck and a scooter report the same nine words.
Carriers each invent their own status strings. Xuda normalizes all of them into nine statuses before anything reaches a screen, a filter or a rule, so your dashboard does not change shape when you add a carrier.
- Filters, rules and screens read one vocabulary, so adding a carrier never changes your dashboard.
- Local courier jobs also show the courier name, vehicle, a masked phone number and a handover code for the rider.
- A parcel delivery shows the tracking number with Print label and Track links straight to the carrier documents.
Everything in flight, on one screen.
The map plots progress toward delivered, not distance travelled, so a seven day ocean crossing and a forty minute courier ride sit on the same dial. Anything that needs a human is pushed outside the ring where you cannot miss it.

You pay for volume, never for postage.
Every tier sells postage at the carrier's own price, including Free. What moves up the ladder is how many deliveries you can book in a month, how many places you ship from, and whether local courier jobs are on the menu.

Only bookings are metered, never quotes. Free is the tier every account starts on; Starter, Growth and Scale appear in the dashboard and read Coming soon until their billing is switched on, so no paid tier can be bought yet. The local courier service is built end to end on the server but currently runs against a test courier network, so treat it as available where a live network is connected rather than as a promise for every city.
Compare it to what you would otherwise do.
Most sellers either open carrier accounts of their own, bolt a rate app onto a store, or book each drop by hand in a courier app. Here is what each one asks of you.
