Say which documents you need (terms of service, privacy policy, DPA, refund policy, acceptable use) and give the legal entity name, what the product does, who the users are, which countries they are in, and how billing works. List your hosting regions and sub-processors if you want the privacy policy and DPA to be accurate. Attach current policies to have them revised instead of rewritten.
